This statement is to certify that ALL Digigami, Inc. MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 encoding software products listed below are
Year 2000 compliant. Specifically, these products are for Windows PC’s and Macintosh, and these
products do not maintain a clock/calendar or otherwise process dates. Because these products do not maintain a
clock/calendar and they do not process dates, they are certified by Digigami, Inc. to be 100% Year 2000
Compliant. Finally, the Digigami MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 and software products do not make the use of "time-bombs" or similar licensing devices which disable their use after a specified date. Naturally, the Digigami software products may be used in computers with operating systems or application software products which are not Year 2000 compliant, and it would be impossible for Digigami, Inc. to make any kind of statement or warranty to this effect. The Year 2000-Compliant Products include the following products for Windows 95 and NT 4.0 and Macintosh.
