Technical support for Digigami MegaPEG.X is available by email and telephone (818)-441-2743. For the fastest response time, if you have a support issue, always send an email even if you leave a voicemail. We will also answer detailed technical questions for anyone curious about the product. Digigami Pro Video applications log serious errors to a file named com.digigami.Console.log located in ~/Library/Logs (~/Preferences on Jagwire). This log file is suitable for viewing with the Console utility (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app). Have this information handy when emailing tech support. If the Application has "closed unexpectedly" or crashed, please have the Crash Log handy.

Build 3.3.2 of MegaPEG Batch (and MegaPEG QuickTime plug-in) has been posted as of 2006.10.13 .
