Option-click on a sequence in the bin (shown at left), or choose Export...QuickTime Conversion from the File menu (right).

 

Choose MegaPEG.X Pro from the list, and then select a preset encoding template and (optionally) customize it(right).

The compression proceeds directly from inside Final Cut - no need to switch applications.
