I've been reviewing some 1080p material submitted by a customer using MegaPEG.X. This is a HDTV stream, 1080p CBR 18 Mbits/s. The quality is phenomenal. I really have to wonder how other companies handle technical support and trouble shooting without MPressionist Pro HD. I'm reviewing this stream on my PowerBook, and the 1920x1080 picture does not fit on the screen, yet I am able to do any diagnostic testing on the .m2v that I need to.

What's most amazing to me is how features that we added for trick DVD encoding (timebase conversion, trick frame-rates and de-interlacing) are immediately used by HD customers. Encoding HD for display on plasma screens is definitely a popular activity, and MegaPEG is delivering great results.
